奥巴马在任的时候就提出要增加美国的大学毕业生数量。他很重视教育。虽然没有达到之前的预期，但是数量确实提高了，美国大学教育也存在一个新的问题。

4. earned a degree 获得学位(一般就是指大学)(可以用earn哦)

5. attainment rates 直接翻译，“获得的比例” “成就的比例”大家都不懂是什么意思。所以需要放在这语境下赋予其含义。 这里就是指的是graduation rates。甚至出题人可以在这里出一道词汇题。

6.underserve：这是一个合成词：under+serve(没有服务好)
